Had to replace the male fitting on the hose as it leaked bad upon installation, softener works well and that is what I wanted.

After I used up the two filters I purchased when I bought it I have never been able to find replacement filters. Wasted my money.

Need additional fittings

My husband found the fittings difficult, had to go buy additional fittings to keep new hoses from leaking, even with plumbers tape. Finally once installed added fittings no longer leaking. Water quality is fantastic, haven't had to add salt yet to Regen tank.
