I replaced my old water softener with the 80,000 Grain Water Softener system by PRO+Aqua, and I couldn't be more satisfied. I noticed I had an issue with it drawing from the brine tank and customer service walked me through multiple steps to trouble shoot the problem before coming to the conclusion that it may be an internal valve sticking. They sent me a paid return label for my original digital valve unit and immediately sent out a NEW Replacement Digital Valve Unit. My system now works flawlessly. The water is noticeably softer and there's no more buildup on fixtures or dishes. Installation was straightforward with clear instructions that made the process easy. 10/10 would recommend.

What truly stood out, though, was the customer service. I reached out to support. They responded quickly, they were incredibly knowledgeable, and walked me through everything with patience and professionalism. It’s rare to find a company that stands so firmly behind its product.
