To the guy who wrote a review complaining that the water was "way too soft": THANK YOU!

I live in a place where the water hardness is incredibly high, the municipal water treatment plant does the bare minimum to treat said water, and the folks living here have complained that nothing can be done to improve the water. I thought otherwise. Did a lot of research and came upon this water softener. After installing it myself (which was very simple), I now have clean, soft-feeling water running through my house! My skin used to be dry after a couple of minutes of water use with my old water softener, but not anymore with this one!

Customer support is also fantastic, very accommodating and has been very helpful too! Word of advice (which Customer Service will also mention as well): If you get leakage with your drain line and brine line during the regen/backwash process, heat the tips up in warm/hot water for a good 5 minutes, apply the O-Ring lubricant around the tips (not a whole lot) and ensure that the brine line and drain line are fully installed into the water softener and wait a good 30 minutes before installing the clips to lock the lines in place. You should no longer get any leaking when the water softener does a regen.
