Fast Delivery, easy swap out from old tank to new. Probably only took 20 minutes from start to finish. Even arrives in a neoprene sleeve that my old unit did not have. The only "complaint" I have is there is no recycling program for these tanks.

The filters were easy to replace. My concern was replacement filters were hard to fine….. everyone was out of stock Also the filters come in different sizes

My gauges were never worked properly when they were first installed. Especially this time when I replaced the filters, those reading never changed. These new gauges work properly

The replacement tank/media work super-well, just like the originals. I think the reason the original tan/media failed was that 10 gpm flow was going through the tank and I am thinking that perhaps that somehow damaged the media. I will limit the flow through the filter to about 4 gpm. The water now is delicious and is without flaws. Thanks
Fairly simple install. Not sure about the softness!!!
