The meter and the tank are phenomenal. The rest of the accessories like the quick disconnects are cheap and unreliable. Also the 5 foot hose is only 4 maybe 4 1/2 feet but seems to high quality. For such an ecpensive package i would expect no corners cut.
I haven’t used the gauges yet but they are just what i wanted i would buy again.

Everything ordered was exactly as we needed.
The two brine hose ftgs sent with the ws p 1600 were suppose to be garden hose thread, they were npt threads. I called and I was sent the same wrong ftgs. Finally got it right on the second try.
great product but subscription shipping seems to be off schedule. i should be on auto ship every 4 months but it seems more like 6
Fast Delivery, easy swap out from old tank to new. Probably only took 20 minutes from start to finish. Even arrives in a neoprene sleeve that my old unit did not have. The only "complaint" I have is there is no recycling program for these tanks.

The item was shipped quickly as I needed it fast because my original item was splitting and leaking more every day. The new item came broken on the bottom like it was dropped before it was packaged for shipping. I really needed to use this part and am afraid that the new one will start leaking also.

The filters were easy to replace. My concern was replacement filters were hard to fine….. everyone was out of stock Also the filters come in different sizes
The Company provided extra resin that was lost in shipping. Could not be happier with the new water softener. Easy install and it works excellently.
