I replaced my old water softener with the 80,000 Grain Water Softener system by PRO+Aqua, and I couldn't be more satisfied. I noticed I had an issue with it drawing from the brine tank and customer service walked me through multiple steps to trouble shoot the problem before coming to the conclusion that it may be an internal valve sticking. They sent me a paid return label for my original digital valve unit and immediately sent out a NEW Replacement Digital Valve Unit. My system now works flawlessly. The water is noticeably softer and there's no more buildup on fixtures or dishes. Installation was straightforward with clear instructions that made the process easy. 10/10 would recommend.
What truly stood out, though, was the customer service. I reached out to support. They responded quickly, they were incredibly knowledgeable, and walked me through everything with patience and professionalism. It’s rare to find a company that stands so firmly behind its product.
Overall, this has been a fantastic upgrade. Between the product quality and the exceptional customer support, I highly recommend this water softener or the PRO+AQUA system to anyone in the market for a replacement.

I received my ProAqua 3 Stage water filter and upon unpackaging discovered one the gaes was damaged. I contacted ProAqua and a very professional and nice Nicole took my information and supplied me with a replacement gage very quickly. I am ciompletly satisfied with my water filter system and ProAqua's customer support and highly recommend them to anyone needing water filters particularly due to their awesome customer support.

This is great if you don't want to route more straight pipe lining and want something to reach in more flexible areas. Build quality is great compared to others I've seen.
I only give this 4 stars instead of 5 because one of the water lines threaded portion connecting to the water softener was leaking and I had to torque that down more than the others (Yes, I had wrapped Teflon tape on both ends of where the line connected and didn't get any leaking on one side). Granted, it leaked at the cavity between the line and the nut, so perhaps the rubber seal did not make perfect contact and allowed water to seep through unless I tightened down further.
I live in a place where the water hardness is incredibly high, the municipal water treatment plant does the bare minimum to treat said water, and the folks living here have complained that nothing can be done to improve the water. I thought otherwise. Did a lot of research and came upon this water softener. After installing it myself (which was very simple), I now have clean, soft-feeling water running through my house! My skin used to be dry after a couple of minutes of water use with my old water softener, but not anymore with this one!
Customer support is also fantastic, very accommodating and has been very helpful too! Word of advice (which Customer Service will also mention as well): If you get leakage with your drain line and brine line during the regen/backwash process, heat the tips up in warm/hot water for a good 5 minutes, apply the O-Ring lubricant around the tips (not a whole lot) and ensure that the brine line and drain line are fully installed into the water softener and wait a good 30 minutes before installing the clips to lock the lines in place. You should no longer get any leaking when the water softener does a regen.
Only filters that work with our well, sulfa and iron without areation
No issues with replacement filter fit. However, the filter mounting bracket is flimsy. Whe the filters are water-filled, the housng bottoms tip into the wall making it difficult to get a tub under the filters to catch water when removing the filter housings, Had to put a block between the housing and the wall, then move it to the other end. Clumsy. Wouldn't be necessary if the filter mounting bracket weren't so flimsy, Add braces at the ends, or use heavier gauge metal for the bracket.
